"Sometimes, I find myself trapped between the four cold walls of my thoughts and whilst the struggle of escaping, an avalanche of words falls, swirls with a violent force, and destroys the little remains of my mind. I cannot let go… My days are always the same. My steps have led me To a far unknown place Where the Beast is hiding, Where the Dark is shining Across the other side Of the moor. Magpies have sung me About a far unknown place Where my Heart is hiding Into a deep dark well On the other side Of the moor. My memories have left me Into a black unknown place Where a patient Solitude waits, Unnatural Silence circulates A deep dark well On the blackest side Of the moor.

I think of you sometimes... Most of the times I do not. Because I am brave. I choose to be brave and not accentuate my weaknesses and you are my biggest weakness. I decided to be one of those strong career women: cold, stuck up, sharp minded, perfect-make-up-poker- faced type with a job which would not allow me be vulnerable or emotional. How do you....?

How do you all find inspiration to write and manage to stay motivated to write a novel? How does one get improvement on writing given the fact that I am not a native English speaker, therefore my writing would not be geniune? I've been trying to get back on writing, but I always have this fear that whatever I write has this "foreign accent" and would be far from the "quality" English I've been working on.

Not good at writing journals...

I came back to this site just because it brings back memories of myself being open with my own self and not afraid of sharing whatever goes through  my mind. The world outside it's not always friendly and time seems to run out so easily, I forget who I truly am, what I truly love, and the truth is I love to write, good or badly, it makes me feel free and allows me to see other sides of me,  brings out the bare truth. I can dive easily in the past, where time runs differently and the good moments last as long as I allow them to last. The past is infinite. I just got back to DA thinking how this site has been my little corner of confessions and expressions of my mind and heart for the last three years...
